It's diverse and unique full of walkable fun. This is one of Portland's best "pocket" neighborhoods. Central air! We LOVE to make our guests have the vacation or short term stay they want. Neighborhood quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. Guests also get the driveway (where you can park up to 3 cars single file), the front porch, and the back yard.
